Come and learn about living off the land and the edible plants you have in your own backyard.  Find out how to safely search and collect edible plants found in the central parts of Wisconsin.  Local plants can be added to your pantry and supplement day to day cooking.  Delicious samples will be provided along with handouts that include specific information supported by documented references of a selected limited set of plants.
