It's the combination of these three elements that make the Wim Hof Method uniquely powerful. It has been linked to numerous mental and physical health benefits such as stress reduction, strengthened immune system, better sleep, more energy, and faster recovery, and Sand Valley is offering an exclusive fundamentals workshop during Wellness Weekend.
Other weekend activities include morning yoga, guided hikes, and outdoor adventures such as ice skating (don’t forget your skates!), ice fishing, and massages by request.
