Wim Hoff Weekend II at Sand Valley

  • Sand Valley 1697 Leopold Way Nekoosa, WI, 54457 United States (map)

Join us for Sand Valley’s second Wim Hof weekend this winter season. Guests will be treated to a myriad of wellness-themed activities and culinary experiences to refocus and restore their bodies and minds.

THE WIM HOF METHOD

Experience the soothing and psychological benefits of the Wim Hof Method, Wim Hof Method Instructors James Stewart, and Jesse Coomer, and leave the demands of daily life behind to immerse yourself in the rugged landscape and views of central Wisconsin.

The Wim Hof Method is a simple, yet powerful method, based on the foundation of three pillars: Breathwork, Cold Exposure, and Mindset. It's the combination of these three elements that make the Wim Hof Method uniquely powerful. It has been linked to numerous mental and physical health benefits such as stress reduction, strengthened immune system, better sleep, more energy, and faster recovery, and Sand Valley is offering an exclusive fundamentals workshop during Wellness Weekend.

Other weekend activities include morning yoga, guided hikes, and outdoor adventures such as ice skating (don’t forget your skates!), ice fishing, and massages by request.
