From 1:00-3:00pm in the Rome Town Center.
Masks are required.
Local businesses will be handing out candy in individualized bags to the cars.

Prizes awarded for Best Costumes!

Event includes a photo opportunity for the family under the Gazebo.

This event is hosted by the Romemakers HCE (Home Community Educators).

Community members interested in donating candy for the event.
Drop-Off Locations include :
Visit Rome Office (Mondays - Fridays from 8:00am - 4:00pm)
Rome Town Hall (Mondays - Fridays from 8:00am - 4:00pm)
Lester Public Library (Mondays - Fridays from 10:00am - 5:00pm)
