8:00 am – Trail Brushing & Signing
Meet at the Groomer Shed located at 302 – 13th Ave. (Off Alpine Drive) Bring gloves and any trimming equipment you might have. Lobber shears, chainsaws, and pole saws are helpful. We have Section Leaders and will split up in to groups to sign and brush each section. This usually takes 3 – 4 hours to complete. If you have any equipment that might be useful and would like to volunteer your services, please contact Larry Halverson @ (414) 587-6833 or l4rry@wctc.net.
12:00 Noon – Chili Dump
When the work is completed, we will meet at The Rome Town Hall for our chili dump. Please bring a half gallon or so of chili to be mixed together in a Nesco. You are welcome to bring other goodies like snacks, breads, desserts, or anything you would like to go along with the chili dump. Please drop off your unfrozen chili at the Groomer Shed at 8:00 am or at The Rome Town Hall before 10:00 am so we have time to heat it up! Ziploc bags work the best. Less dishes to wash. We need two volunteers to arrange this and a few volunteers to help the day of chili dump with set up, kitchen help, & clean up. Please contact Melissa Rhodes @ (715) 459-8001 or RomeSnobanditsSecretary@gmail.com.
1:00 pm – November Monthly Club Meeting
Following our chili dump, we will have our monthly club meeting at
The Rome Town Hall along with a 50/50 raffle.
