Located on the East shore of Lake Petenwell, Wisconsin's 2nd largest lake.  This harbor refuge has over 100 wet slips to accommodate most types of boats.  Daily, weekly and seasonal slip rentals are available.  Most slips include shore power.  Facility includes showers, restrooms, bar, restaurant and trailer parking. Unleaded fuel is also available.

2 fully paved launches are available with plenty of parking for your friends and family. Trailer parking included with launch.

Lake Petenwell is excellent for sailing! Barnum Bay Yacht Club is a family orientated club for sailors of all ages and abilities. They offer sailing lessons for free!

Shermalot Waterski Team

The Shermalot Waterski Show Team is the 3rd longest continuous running waterski show in the state of Wisconsin and is a major tourist attraction to our area. They perform shows twice at the Lake Arrowhead Dam during the summer. They also perform shows on Lake Camelot and lake Sherwood for special events. The show team is a five time Wisconsin State Division 2 Champions. The team has been ranked in the top ten ski shows in the country.

FlyBoarding is the world’s newest action sport. Developed by Franky Zapata at Zapata Racing in 2011, the FlyBoard has taken the world by storm ever since. Today we at WiscoFlyBoard, LLC bring this thrill of a lifetime to the heart of Wisconsin at a price you can afford.

WiscoFlyBoard, LLC is a locally owned and operated FlyBoard instruction and rental business based out of Wisconsin Rapids, WI. A small idea in the summer of 2013 has burgeoned into a safe and exciting way to get midwesterners involved in the sport of FlyBoarding.

Chester Creek Small Boat Launch

Located on County Highway Z on the northern end of Petenwell Lake. Chester Creek flows into the Chester Creek Pond then into Petenwell Lake.

Lake Camelot

Lower Camelot Lake is the first lake in the series, where Fourteen Mile Creek enters. Lower Camelot Lake is 260 surface acres, with a maximum depth of 24 feet and an average depth of 8 feet. Spring Branch Creek enters Upper Camelot Lake, which has 191 surface acres, a maximum depth of about 25 feet, and an average depth of 8 feet. A channel connects Lower Camelot Lake to Upper Camelot Lake. There is a public boat ramp located on southwest side of Lower Camelot Lake.

Lake Petenwell

Wisconsin’s second largest body of water created by Wisconsin River Power Company in the 1940s by building a Hydroelectric Dam on the Wisconsin River. Petenwell Lake is part of the Wisconsin River Flowage. It is a man-made lake of 23,040 acres and a maximum depth of 48 feet. The dam on the lake is owned by the Wisconsin Power Company and is used to generate electricity.

Lake Arrowhead

350 surface acres in size. Maximum depth is 30 feet, with an average depth of 8 feet. The dam impounds Fourteen-Mile Creek downstream from the dams at Lower and Upper Camelot Lakes and Sherwood Lake, on its way to the Wisconsin River. There is a public boat ramp located on southwest side of the lake.

Lake Sherwood

243 surface acres in size. Maximum depth is 24 feet, with an average depth of 8 feet. Both Upper and Lower Camelot Lakes flow through dams into Sherwood Lake. Sherwood Lake flows through a dam into Arrowhead Lake. There is a public boat launch on Sherwood Lake on the southwest edge of the lake.

Lawrence Creek Fish and Wildlife Area

961 Acre parcel of surrounding Lawrence Creek. Located in the northeast part of Marquette County and East-Central part of Adams County. The stream is a high quality trout water. Water is crystal clear. Excellent fishing opportunities. Great area for fishing, hunting, canoeing and snowshoeing.
